All sales are final

We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a damaged product request, you must email us within 30 days of the ship out date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. 

To start a request, you can contact us at info@mooshieco.comPlease provide the order number, the full name and shipping address associated with the order, and detailed pictures of your faulty product(s). 

If your refund/replacement is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where and how to send back your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically sent a new product or refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
